Sales & Service Manager
1. Analyze our past & current sales, understand customers product mix and its application.
2. Work with Sales team and customers to identify product commissioning/trial requirements.
3. Devise the commissioning/ trial programs according to customer requirements.
4. Develop Training Calendar, Module (Content / Presentations / Tests / Demos) and materials.
5. Develop Training/Trial Feedback forms and Evaluation Forms (Online forms)
6. Execute training sessions, webinars and workshops for customers and employees at our office and customer locations.
7. Observe and evaluate results of the training/trial programs, receive feedback and determine effectiveness of the program to make improvements in training module / contents.
